Return and Exchange Policy
30-Day Refund or Exchange
You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Original Packaging
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. This helps us process your return or exchange promptly and ensures that the product is in resalable condition.
Refund to Original Form of Payment
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Returned Bikes
Bikes can be returned within 30 days only if they are in new, unused condition. Bikes that have been ridden, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure the bike is returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories.
Shipping Sales are Final
Please note that all sales of shipped items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped. This policy helps us manage shipping logistics effectively and ensures that our customers receive products in the best possible condition.
How to Return an Item
